Perfect for beginners and continuing students who want to refine their poses with emphasis on form, strength and flexibility. Focus on basic poses and sequences to promote ease in the body and increase mobility, flexibility and strength. Students must be able to get down to and up from the floor and stand. Please bring a mat, blocks and strap to each class.
