Windsor Green Half Marathon

Located in the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country, the Windsor Green Half Marathon, 10K and 5K are loop courses that take participants through vineyards, cattle farms and scenic country roads.
Beginning and ending in Pack Square in downtown Asheville, the racecourse takes participants along the French Broad River and through the scenic hills surrounding the area. Local artists will provide music at every mile marker.
If a race through some of the most beautiful wine country in the U.S. isn't enough to motivate you, participants who complete all three of the Run Wine Country Series events (Windsor Green, Water to Wine, and Healdsburg Half) will receive a custom label bottle of wine for the effort.
Have you ever run a race that passes through a wine barrel and fermenting room? Trek through beautiful DeLoach Vineyard and Winery grounds and enjoy a 12-mile loop on paved roads that's closed to traffic. The course is flat and fast, and yields a high percentage of Boston qualifiers.
Celebrate girl power in the wine country of Washington D.C. This point-to-point race begins and ends at the Tarara Winery and includes a post-race party at Lansdowne Resort. Other attractions include finish-line jewelry, boa and tiara stops, and a post-run rose.
Starting and finishing in historic downtown Healdsburg, the course passes 100-year-old mansions, miles of scenic vineyards and dozens of Northern California's award-winning wineries.
If you're looking for a race off the beaten path, this is it. Run on mostly dirt roads through Wilson Creek Winery, this challenging and scenic course has plenty of ups and downs. Live music, wine and beer tasting, winery tours, and a dance contest are just a few of the unique post-race festivities.
With more than a dozen events in Texas, California and other states, participating in this series is a must for wine lovers. Most events include 5K and 1K options, along with plenty of opportunities to taste wine.
