And it's on to the run for our editor @nystrummin! He crushed the 95-mile bike leg with a 4:32 and is out for his 26.2-mile final run. The bike portion of a full IRONMAN is usually 112 miles, but had to be shortened due to recent rain and flooding in the area. #IRONMAN #imtx #imnachamps #triathlon #swimbikerun
