Description
During the class, families will discover the benefits of healthy living by doing activities together. Families can work out and play together focusing on all the fitness components including warm up, cardio, resistance / strength training, flexibility / stretch in a fun themed activity. Parents and children will benefit from the physical exercise and as a bonus get to spend quality time doing fun activities together.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
