Description
Parents can exercise with their baby and make new friends while power walking around the park. Each class consists of a warm-up, walk and body toning exercises.
This program is for adults with children 18 months or younger. Child must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age for child may be required. Participants must provide their own stroller. This program will be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, a "Tot Spot Playtime" will be provided indoors.
