Description
This is an introduction to the basics of Ballet. Instruction will focus on flexibility, stability, and foundational technique such as positions, barre work, center work, and movements across the floor. Traditional ballet technique can be used to build and maintain strength, coordination, and grace according to each dancers body and ability.
Dancers should wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and is not too loose-fitting.
