Description
Walking is a simple but effective way to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. This activity encourages the social aspect of walking and incorporates some mat work and stretching at the end. The club will move indoors to the gym during bad weather.
On days of inclement weather class will be held inside fieldhouse. Various weight training and aerobic exercises will also be incorporated.
