Description
This activity is designed for the entire family. Walking is a simple but effective way to incorporate fitness into your daily routine. This activity encourages the social aspect of walking and incorporates some mat work and stretching at the end. The club will move indoors to the gym during inclement weather.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
