Description
This class works to lengthen, strengthen and stretch the body while clearing the mind. Increase the awareness of mind, body, spirit and overall physical fitness, and reduce stress through visualization, focused breathing, and yoga postures with modifications for all levels.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
