PREREQ: MUST BE APPRENTICE II LEVEL This is a foundational skill for an Apprentice II student. Forging your own tongs is like ---- a Jedi creating their light saber! You just have to do it!! In fact, one of the greatest things about blacksmithing is that you can make virtually any tool you need, and it doesn't get much more fundamental than tongs. In this class, students will create their own tongs, including riveting them! To move from Apprentice II to Journeyman, a student must demonstrate this ability, so if you haven't taken this class, don't miss it!
