Description
Session 1.
You will meet and get to know one of our CS Fit Team Trainers.
They will give you a complete introduction to the Copper Sky Fitness Floor?
show you how to use the cardio and weight machines, where to find the restrooms,
where to put your belongings, how to set up fitness equipment, and much more!
We hope that knowing you have a friend here at the gym will help you to feel welcome, comfortable,
and open to ask questions? Please inquire about all the great programs we have here at Copper Sky!
You will receive a complete InBody Test.
This will tell us your starting point! Our InBody Machine measures your Lean Body Mass and your Body Fat. These are important body components to document and track along your Fitness Journey. Being able to see your progress along the way helps keep you motivated and encouraged, and also shows what to work towards.
You will complete a series of exercises.
This will help show us your current fitness abilities.
You will fill out your Copper Sky Fitness Goal questionnaire.

Session 2.
You will meet with your CS Fit Team Trainer.
You will review your personalized Program, and start your Fitness Journey! You will receive a copy of your Program and leave feeling confident about the plan ahead and how to achieve your goals!
