Lose Love Handles Fast With These 5 Moves

Love handles, those pesky deposits of extra fat that sit around your abdomen, seem nearly impossible to get rid of—but there's hope. Lose love handles fast and nip them in the bud with these five exercises.

Perform the following moves in a circuit (back-to-back with little rest).

Note: The key to lose excess fat is diet followed by exercise.

Lose Love Handles Fast

Bicycles

Lie on your back and bend your knees so that they are at a 90-degree angle. Place your hands behind your head and reach your opposite elbow to your opposite outer thigh. When you begin to feel the burn, complete 20 more reps.

Russian Twists

Start in a seated position on the floor and slowly lower your upper body down so that you're balancing on your bum. Lift your legs off the ground and, with either a medicine ball or just your own body weight, bring your hands to your outer hips, alternating. Do 15 to 20 reps.

Mountain Climbers

Start in a push-up position. While maintaining a flat back, bring your right knee into your chest. Alternate knees. Do this for 30 seconds.
