Description
If you have an interest in games, entertainment, education and more, then this course is for you. Brain Aerobics is designed to provide participants with thought provoking experiences. A variety of cognitive and physical activities will be presented to encourage students to think more creatively as they travel down memory lane. This is an all-natural way to boost your mood, improve your memory and protect your brain against aging. Instructed by Howard Wynn.
