About this event
Description
This class will increase strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress, while using an optional chair for both sitting and standing postures. When standing, the chair may be used for balance or support. All levels welcome. Instructed by Kathy Maguire.
REFUND INFORMATION:
Refund requests must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to the start of the course.
Refunds are processed automatically if a course is cancelled.
If the change in day, time or location of a course prohibits you from attending, we will be happy to refund yoot held 6/21 and 7/5.ur fee.
Non-recoverable costs are not refundable.
