Prerequisites: Can swim one length of the pool (25 yards) of freestyle and backstroke and have a basic understanding of dolphin kick, elementary backstroke and breaststroke and must be able to tread water for 60 seconds. Children focus on refining stroke mechanics and building endurance. Advanced safety concepts and skills are introduced as this level.
